Operational integration efforts documented in the program referenced an internal HRIS running PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, and included a dedicated data conversion scope. Team members performed data and field analysis to define extraction rules, mapping logic, and target field alignment for Workday HCM, then validated conversion outputs to detect data anomalies and proposed remediation approaches to correct mapping and data quality issues.
Governance and rollout activities emphasized process analysis tied to a bank re-organization exercise, with business analysis work to identify all HRIS-impacted processes and to redesign interfaces without changing functional behavior. Validation, anomaly resolution, and proposed interface modifications were core components of the implementation governance for Workday HCM.

Architecturally the program aligned the Temenos T24 core to the bank's channel and operations landscape via core to channel interfaces and a hub based operating model for EMEA branches. Regional governance covered Americas, EMEA and APAC, reflecting global product development responsibility for the T24 vendor portfolio.
Governance and program management were centralized, with a Global Vendor Manager acting as the single point of contact to Temenos and owning T24 product development across Americas, EMEA and APAC. The rollout was managed through an IT Center of Excellence approach in EMEA, combined with portfolio and program oversight to coordinate platform renovation and business engagement.
