In 2014, Credit Suisse India implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its core ERP Financial application, with operational activity centered at Credit Suisse Services India Pvt. Ltd in Pune, Maharashtra beginning August 2014. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment was managed by a centralized Financial Applications Management team responsible for control, maintenance, reporting and functional development of the bank's Oracle and EPM estate. The implementation encompassed financial modules and configuration work including general ledger setups, chartfields maintenance, tree manager and combination rules, journal processing, allocations, consolidation and elimination sets, asset management and accounts payable functional support. Functional tasks performed under Oracle E-Business Suite and adjacent systems included workflow setup, user profiles and roles maintenance, query creation and modification, depreciation and asset category management, period and business unit maintenance, and configuration of GL allocation rules. Integrations and operational coverage were explicit, with Oracle E-Business Suite operating alongside PeopleSoft, ESSBASE, ADAC, HFM and GLAD, and EPM data flows supported via FDMEE and data management processes. The deployment supported global Credit Suisse users across UK, Switzerland, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and India, and required reconciliation work between upstream systems and Essbase to ensure data integrity for financial reporting. Governance and operational support were formalized through the Financial Applications Management function, which provided production support and incident resolution under agreed SLAs, L1 and L2 support for Essbase, SOX compliance handling, and regular stakeholder engagement and user training. The FAM team acted as solution architect and process subject matter experts for allocation, year end close, revaluation and consolidation processes, producing functional specifications, test plans and process documentation while executing global restatements and business unit maintenance as required.

Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Credit Suisse India implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform, establishing Temenos T24 as the central ledger and transaction engine for its India operations.
