In 2015, Cristalco implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment consolidated core collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, Microsoft Teams for real time communication, and OneDrive for Business for user file storage, and Cristalco uses Microsoft 365 on their website.
The implementation was structured for company wide use across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative functions, standardizing email and document workflows and aligning content management with role based access. Authentication and access control were handled through Azure Active Directory within the Microsoft 365 environment, and governance workstreams defined retention, external sharing, and team provisioning policies to manage lifecycle and external collaboration.

In 2014, Cristalco deployed Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices to introduce Intelligent Document Processing for Accounts Payable operations. The implementation supported supplier invoice processing activities performed by a Supplier Accountant based at Cristal Union sites, covering three legal entities CRISTANOL, CRISTALCO, and SUCRERIE DE TOURY, and targeted posting of supplier invoices into SAP for statutory accounting.
The deployment combined document capture using Verify invoice software Read Soft with automated invoice classification, OCR extraction and validation workflows typical of Intelligent Document Processing. Configuration centered on AP transaction capture, supplier follow up and cheque editing workflows, plus management of direct debits, with integration into SAP for invoice posting and supplier balance reconciliation. Governance emphasized centralized AP processing workflows across the three entities and operational controls for supplier follow up and payment preparation.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Order Management | Order Management | SCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Cristalco implemented SAP Order Management to centralize order intake and lifecycle processing, establishing a formal Order Management capability within the manufacturing firm. SAP Order Management was the application used for reception and management of customer orders and for structured handling of order exceptions and disputes.
Configuration focused on order capture and order lifecycle workflows, including template-driven order entry, exception handling for customer issues, and operational reporting. The implementation included customs document handling and the creation of a dashboard for coordination, monitoring and management of flows and stocks by factory and by product, reflecting order-to-fulfillment and inventory visibility requirements inherent to Order Management.
Integrations were explicit where noted, with carrier appointment orchestration linked to the Transwide platform and CRM-driven partner referencing for customers, factories and transporters. Operational coverage spanned customer service, logistics and key account coordination, and the portfolio of markets explicitly included France, Spain, Finland, Norway, Germany, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Governance and process workstreams included definition of customer needs and an RFI conducted in coordination with the Key Account Manager, formalization of dispute management workflows, and operational coordination with carriers for delivery scheduling. The SAP Order Management implementation supported exceptional delivery handling during the COVID-19 period for hydro-alcoholic gel, and it underpinned continuous cross-factory coordination of flows without attribution of specific performance metrics.
