In 2018, CrossKnowledge implemented Ascendify ATS, a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Software, to centralize recruiting workflows and formalize candidate lifecycle management. The deployment targeted Talent Acquisition and HR teams and focused on core recruiting functions including applicant tracking, candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, offer processing, and pre boarding task orchestration. The Ascendify ATS instance was configured with role based access controls, recruiter and hiring manager interfaces, and configurable approval chains to support governance and auditability.
Configuration workstreams delivered standard modules for requisition management, applicant tracking, interview orchestration, offer management, and candidate communication automation, with routed workflows to ensure consistent handoffs into onboarding. Automation was applied to interview scheduling and offer routing, and the solution was configured to produce structured pre boarding task lists and notifications to hiring managers and new hires. Ascendify ATS was aligned with HR operational processes through defined data handoff and onboarding task orchestration to reduce manual coordination.
Operational governance placed process ownership with Talent Acquisition, instituted recruiter and hiring manager training, and formalized configuration change controls and SLA definitions for screening and offer turnaround. The rollout emphasized standardized interview workflows and candidate experience consistency, supported by ongoing configuration governance and process refinement to maintain recruiting discipline across the organization.
