In 2022, CRRC deployed Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Manufacturing at the CRRC Zhuzhou site to build a project centric intelligent manufacturing platform. The deployment positioned Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Execution System to support integrated processes across design, planning, production execution and quality management.
The implementation centered on MES execution capabilities, quality traceability records, supplier collaboration and project level production scheduling. Kingdee configured the Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Manufacturing instance to enforce material completeness controls, shop floor execution workflows and production sequencing consistent with Manufacturing Execution System functional patterns. Connections to EAS/ERP and APS components were established to align material planning and shop floor orders with supplier inputs.
The program ran as a two year transformation across design, planning, production execution and quality, with phased rollouts of MES execution, quality traceability and supplier collaboration modules at the Zhuzhou site. Integrations linked Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Manufacturing into enterprise EAS/ERP, APS planning and supplier collaboration workflows to create an end to end project centric manufacturing flow. Governance activities emphasized standardized production execution, material completeness checks and traceability workflows to support cross functional visibility and control. Kingdee reports improved material completeness and on time operation rates, exceeding 90 percent on the cited metrics.
