Payroll and compensation modules were deployed to support salary processing, incentive payments, leave and benefits administration, maintenance of the Prosoft HRIS, and management of employee master data and leave records.
Operational integrations explicit in the program included scheduled job board coordination with vendors such as JobsDB, JobStreet and Monster for vacancy postings, structured outputs for government reporting and training grant submissions, and payroll journal generation for posting to the company general ledger. The payroll configuration encompassed statutory compliance workflows for CPF submission, income tax e filing and IR21 reporting for foreign employees, and monthly payroll reconciliation workflows feeding the accounting close process.
Governance and process updates accompanied the rollout, with policy reviews, documentation updates and implementation of HR procedures to support recruitment KPIs, ISO9000 aligned training documentation and ongoing performance measurement systems. The HR team retained responsibility for work permit and employment pass administration, employee handbook production for multi location offices and weekly recruitment progress reporting to department heads, embedding the Unit4 Prosoft HRMS into daily HR operations.
