Karmak Legacy Karmak Fusion Dealership Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, CSM Truck implemented Karmak Fusion as its Dealership Management platform. The multi-state truck dealership group consolidated 24 U.S. locations and corporate finance onto Karmak Fusion to centralize vehicle sales, parts, service, leasing, and rental records across roughly 1,000 to 1,100 employees and to provide a single source of ERP truth for dealership operations. Karmak Fusion was provisioned as the master Dealership Management system while accounts payable automation was delivered through an integrated Yooz solution, leveraging OCR and AI/ML to process approximately 8,000 non-OEM invoices per month. The combined configuration emphasized procure-to-pay workflows, with Yooz handling electronic vendor invoice capture, data extraction, purchase order creation, and payment approval routing, and Karmak Fusion maintaining financial posting and ledger records. Integration architecture routed vendor invoices directly into Yooz to minimize manual entry at branch offices and to reduce reliance on physical document storage. The rollout followed a phased, store-by-store approach led by an operational implementation team, enabling configuration and onboarding at each site and consolidating AP processing at corporate in Madison, Wisconsin. Governance focused on standardized AP workflows and staged adoption to secure employee buy-in and consistent processing across locations. Reported impacts included reduced branch-level processing and storage needs, improved AP visibility and response times, fewer vendor inquiries, and a streamlined procure-to-pay cycle enabled by the Karmak Fusion and Yooz integration.
