The implementation targeted the brands building e commerce software solutions for outdoor accommodation and was scoped to the Production Marketing department responsible for social networks, social ads, SEO editorial content and the booking portal. Adobe Spark Video was configured as the primary short form video authoring tool, used for template driven edits, captioning and export in formats optimized for Facebook and Instagram feeds and stories. The team used Adobe Spark Video alongside Canva and Lumen5 to standardize visual templates and speed content turnaround, and the solution supported repeatable workflows for video scripting, storyboarding, and final rendering for social distribution. The implementation integrated with the existing content and publishing toolset named in the toolbox, including Business Suite and Creator Studio for social publishing and ad management, scheduling tools Later and Swello, and content management systems WordPress and the internal CMS. Video assets produced in Adobe Spark Video were exported and then embedded in WordPress blogs managed with Yoast and Elementor, uploaded to the internal CMS and linked into the booking portal and social ad creative buckets used for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Governance and operational process changes centered on editorial calendar enforcement, benchmark driven social strategies and centralized project monitoring for content production. The rollout included creation and animation of training and webinars, and day to day operations touched social media management, paid social analysis, SEO oriented editorial production and ongoing content integration between Adobe Spark Video, the Wordpress environment and the internal CMS.
