Operationally the work centralized demand intake and indexing within the Business Rates Management function, reshaping manual workflows such as opening, sorting, manual comparison, and paper filing into an automated capture and review pipeline. Governance updates included role based review queues for the Ratings Team, defined decision states for reject or approve, and mapped authorization steps to existing payment controls.
