Governance centered on a single point of contact model for candidate logistics and confidential document handling, standardizing recruiter handoffs and communication workflows. Processes were documented to ensure consistent use of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS for Core HR recruiting actions, requisition lifecycle management, and secure HR record management.

Oracle Field Service Cloud functioned as the operational platform for field service workflows, issue tracking, training delivery and application change testing.
