In 2021, DAI implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application. The initial deployment began under the MIS Unit in the Office of Information, Management & Technology and extended into 2022 to complete cross-business unit configuration and stabilization.
The implementation focused on configuration of Oracle EBS and Cloud functional areas for DAI US, EU and HMG Business Units, with targeted process review and re-implementation of Project Contract and Costing functional setup areas. Configuration work included functional mapping, parameter setup and report enhancement requests to align project billing and cost capture with organizational accounting policies.
Operational execution incorporated ongoing support activities such as troubleshooting open tickets, case by case error resolution and report enhancements, with Oracle support engaged to diagnose bugs and deliver compatible fixes and patches. Feature tracking and delivery used Azure DevOps to manage user stories and the development backlog, providing a formalized cadence for feature requests and remediation work.
Governance centered on process changes driven by the Project Contract and Costing re-implementation, establishment of ticketing and change workflows in Azure DevOps, and coordinated patch and support management with Oracle. The deployment positioned Oracle E-Business Suite to support finance and project accounting functions across multiple business units while institutionalizing ticket based operations and a controlled enhancement process.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2021 |
In 2020, DAI implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The deployment positioned Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS as the company's Core HR system for managing employee master data and HR administration across DAI's 3,000 employee professional services organization.
Configuration work centered on core employee record management and workforce administration within the HR function, while the business continued to operate separate talent applications for performance and recruiting. The organization implemented a new applicant tracking system and onboarding module, Taleo, to manage requisitions, candidate tracking, and onboarding workflows alongside Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. These applications were managed within HR to consolidate operational ownership for HRIS configuration and day to day administration.
Operational responsibilities explicitly included ownership of all HRIS within HR, stewardship of the performance management system, and accountability for system upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The HRIS role supervised alignment of London pay practices in accordance with the company compensation philosophy and carried out Affirmative Action reporting and plans as part of compliance workflows. The HRIS manager directly oversaw two HR staff members who supported administration and reporting tasks.
Governance emphasized centralized HR ownership for configuration changes, upgrades, and compliance reporting, with change control and maintenance activities routed through the HRIS function. The implementation consolidated Core HR operational control under Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and adjacent talent applications to support HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, and compliance.

The rollout standardized web-based conversational touchpoints across business development and service teams, using Ruby Live Chat as the primary conversational channel on DAIs public website.
