Configuration emphasized invoice presentment logic, payment capture pathways, and campaign-triggered enrollment messaging consistent with Payment Processing functional workflows.
Operational coverage included Daikin’s finance and AR teams across North America, with campaign segmentation applied to customer cohorts remaining on paper billing. The deployment leveraged Billtrust’s Invoicing & Payments capabilities in tandem with Billtrust Business Directory and aligned the solution with existing billing and accounts receivable processes to streamline receivables operations.
