Operational users documented in the implementation included HR Administrators, HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors who used Sage SnowdropKCS to manage case workflows, absence cases, payroll tasks and onboarding activities. The system supported manager-facing workflows and HR training for managers as part of routine operationalization. Governance emphasized standardized HR processes and centralized case tracking for employee relations, supported by structured management information to inform HR decision making. Rollout and change management elements included manager training and process alignment to embed the Core HR application into day to day HR operations.
