Those integration points aligned rostering, time capture, payroll calculations, and RTI filing to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance. Governance and operational ownership rested with the in-house Payroll Officer who ran monthly payroll start to finish, maintained the time and attendance configuration, produced monthly and year-end reports, and prepared statutory returns and P11D forms for HMRC. The arrangement embedded payroll processing into recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and statutory compliance workflows across the hotel.
