Novicell Legacy Novicell CMS Web Content Management Content Management n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 Danish Agro implemented Novicell CMS for Web Content Management. Novicell recommended Dynamicweb as the platform foundation so the solution could host multiple language layers and support the group's international subsidiaries within a single multi-site architecture. Novicell CMS was configured with multi-language layers and a responsive design, with usability and intelligent information architecture prioritized to make information easy to find and to provide an overview of the entire Group. The implementation centralized sites in the same solution and included shared media and document capabilities so photos and documents could be used across subsidiaries. As part of the rollout the corporate site and the Danish Agro Shop ecommerce experience received a redesigned, more user friendly interface. The web shop design added commerce-oriented capabilities that allow customers to see product availability, choose pickup in store, and view volume discount information to support local fulfillment options. Operational scope covered both the Group’s agricultural trading business and the Danish Agro Shop retail network of 21 physical leisure stores, aligning marketing, product availability, and store pickup workflows. The architecture was provisioned to make it straightforward to include new subsidiaries into the company web setup and to manage content across the group. Responsive design ensures users can access all websites from any device, and the integrated multi-site approach was used to strengthen sales in the interaction between online trading and the local Danish Agro Shops.

Dynamicweb Software Legacy Dynamicweb Ecommerce NAV eCommerce eCommerce Novicell 2009 2009
In 2009, Danish Agro implemented Dynamicweb Ecommerce NAV in the eCommerce category, deploying a platform intended to serve the Group's international footprint and retail operations. Novicell recommended Dynamicweb as the platform and acted as the implementation partner for the project, aligning solution selection with multi-site requirements and a centralized governance model. The implementation configured multi-site management and multilingual language layers to enable reuse across the Group and to simplify onboarding of future subsidiaries. Responsive design and a usability focused information architecture were prioritized, and Dynamicweb Ecommerce NAV was configured with eCommerce capabilities that surface product availability, enable pickup in store selection, and present volume discounts to customers. All corporate and subsidiary sites were provisioned within a single Dynamicweb solution to enable shared asset management for photos and documents across the Group. The Dynamicweb Ecommerce NAV deployment included integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV for commerce data flows and order synchronization, and operational coverage spanned the business functions for trade with farmers and the Danish Agro Shop retail network of 21 physical leisure stores. Novicell led platform selection and implementation governance, embedding centralized content and site management practices so new subsidiaries can be added into the same web setup. The rollout emphasized information architecture and usability, with site-level configuration to support device agnostic access and cross-site collaboration. The web shop was redesigned as part of the project to deliver a more user-friendly storefront where customers can see availability, select store pickup, and view volume discounts, supporting stronger interaction between online trading and the local Danish Agro Shops.
