The HR and ticketing teams coordinated candidate and personnel records in parallel with event and customer data maintained in VIA by Red 61, datafest and the festival WordPress CMS, with the Ticketing Manager leading governance of recruitment, onboarding, training and rostering processes during the 2021 festival season.
