In 2021, DataPost implemented BIPO Leave Management to centralize employee leave administration for its Singapore operations. The deployment supported a 100 employee professional services firm and was operated primarily by HR staff including an HR Executive who managed account activation and employee onboarding workflows.
BIPO Leave Management was configured to enable employee self service for leave requests and approvals, and the BIPO platform was used to register employees so they could apply for leaves and expense claims. Functional configuration included absence tracking, approval routing, and maintenance of employee records and training certifications within the BIPO system, reflecting standard Absence and Leave Management capability sets.
The implementation covered HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, work pass processing coordination and insurance member updates, all executed on site in Singapore. Operational usage extended to scheduling medical check ups for work pass applications, conducting annual background checks, creating employment contracts and contract renewals, and maintaining confidential HR filing aligned with internal processes.
Governance emphasized account activation workflows, systematic filing for HR documents, and updating employee profiles to reflect training and certification status. DataPost implemented BIPO Leave Management, an Absence and Leave Management application, to centralize HR administration and employee self service without named external integration partners.
