The Microsoft Power BI implementation focused on standardizing interactive dashboards and report templates that reflected the change management artifacts produced by the program. Dashboards were configured to present stakeholder analysis groupings, impact assessments and readiness assessment items, and to publish the defined benefits realisation measures for the 12 primary user groups, enabling consistent status reporting against the business case.
Reporting distribution and document management used the existing SharePoint intranet and governance templates as the primary dissemination and archival layer. Power BI reports were used alongside created training assets such as user guides, screen and process videos, and train the trainer materials to provide a single reporting fabric for change, communications and training teams across sites.
Governance workstreams were formalized alongside the Power BI rollout, including status reporting templates, change control workflows and a 350-line project plan that guided launch through post-implementation and handover. Change management ownership transitioned through training and handover to an internal full-time resource, with over 100 supporting materials and defined measurement tolerances instrumented in Microsoft Power BI for ongoing monitoring and reporting.
