In 2020, Day Group implemented MailChannels as its Transactional Email provider for the public website dayequestrian.co.uk. Day Group is a United Kingdom manufacturing and retail business and MailChannels was deployed specifically to manage site-originated transactional messaging from the website.
MailChannels was provisioned to operate as the outbound SMTP relay and delivery orchestration layer, providing anti-abuse filtering and delivery handling for transactional traffic. The implementation emphasizes MailChannels capabilities for outbound relay, spam and abuse mitigation, and delivery orchestration as core functional modules.
The operational scope is limited to website-originated customer workflows, routing order confirmations, account notifications and password reset messages through MailChannels for delivery and bounce handling.
