In 2023, De Goudse implemented INSIS Platform Policy Administration as INSIS v12 to upgrade its quotation and administration system for Life products as part of a digital transformation program in the Netherlands. The INSIS Platform Policy Administration deployment targeted Insurance Policy Administration capabilities and the v12 go-live in 2024 modernised life product administration and quotation workflows, improving efficiency and user experience for back-office and sales channels. The implementation emphasized core policy administration functionality aligned to life product models and configured quotation workflows to better support sales channel quoting and back-office processing.
Configuration and modules included product model configuration, quotation engine orchestration, policy lifecycle management and back-office servicing modules consistent with Insurance Policy Administration platforms, with role based interfaces for agents and underwriters. Operational coverage focused on life insurance lines across De Goudse operations in the Netherlands and the rollout followed a phased v12 upgrade approach culminating in the 2024 go-live. In 2018, De Goudse implemented AIMS, an Analytics and BI application provided by vendor Eyer, to centralize monitoring of its integration landscape as the insurer increased cloud adoption. The organization compared BizTalk360, SCOM and AIMS during selection, and after a cloud-forward assessment AIMS became the top choice; contract sign-off occurred in September 2018 with Motion10 advising the selection.
Motion10 helped set up a proof-of-concept and delivered a demo of AIMS functionality after a multi-week POC, validating dashboard configuration and monitoring workflows. The deployment focused on AIMS capabilities for real-time integration monitoring, configurable dashboards, predictive analytics and AI driven anomaly detection, enabling simplified instrumentation and visibility of integration health. Teams reported the simplicity of building informative dashboards that provide the information needed to keep stakeholders aligned.
Operational coverage targeted integration and IT operations teams while extending visibility to business stakeholders who required status and exception information, keeping everyone involved informed. The implementation was aligned with the companys shift toward cloud, and integrations were instrumented through the AIMS monitoring layer to surface anomalies and predictive signals across hybrid environments.
Governance and rollout followed a partner assisted POC to production path, with Motion10 advising on configuration standards and dashboard governance to ensure consistent reporting across teams. De Goudse emphasized predictive monitoring and AI driven anomaly detection as primary functional advantages, with improved stakeholder visibility and straightforward dashboard setup cited as explicit benefits during selection and initial use.
