In 2017 DealerSocket deployed the Stampli AP Automation Platform to centralize invoice approval and exception handling for its accounts payable function. DealerSocket uses Stampli AP Automation Platform to manage roughly 60 to 100 invoices per week, with AP clerks entering invoice data into the company financial database and coordinating cancellations and adjustments with the general ledger team.
The implementation emphasized invoice capture and routed approval workflows, using Stampli to capture invoice images, surface exceptions for review, and enforce configurable approval chains. Configuration work focused on invoice coding to the chart of accounts, attachment and audit trail retention, and streamlined exception resolution so AP clerks could reduce manual rework during invoice entry.
Stampli was integrated into the DealerSocket finance stack through a connection to Sage Intacct for posting and general ledger alignment, enabling the AP Automation solution to hand off approved invoice transactions to the financial system. An internal Stampli invoice approval system expert led system configuration and day to day governance, while the general ledger team retained control over cancellations and final posting decisions.
Operational governance centered on role based approval workflows and a defined cancellation process that required GL sign off, aligning AP clerks, approvers, and GL accountants. The deployment positioned the Stampli AP Automation Platform as the central AP Automation tool for invoice intake, approval orchestration, and GL-ready transaction handoff within DealerSocket.

In 2018, DealerSocket implemented Exago BI as an embedded analytics and reporting layer within its dealer-facing CRM and inventory products. Exago BI was used to support Analytics and BI workflows by delivering dashboards and ad hoc reports targeted at dealership operations in the United States.
Deployment architecture centered on embedding Exago BI into the DealerSocket application stack so analytics and reports rendered in-context inside CRM screens and inventory workflows, with the embedded Exago BI instance aligned to application authentication and role based access controls. Functional modules included interactive dashboards, ad hoc report building, scheduled report distribution and in-application visualizations configured to support dealer reporting and inventory analytics use cases.
Integrations were implemented as embedding points within DealerSocket CRM and inventory modules to surface Exago BI content natively inside dealer workflows, with data feeds sourced from the platform transaction and inventory data stores to populate dashboards and reports. Operational coverage focused on dealer-facing product users across the United States, and governance emphasized in-application access controls and report distribution rules to align analytics delivery to sales, service and inventory management business functions.
