In 2015 Delphix implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize its finance and accounting systems. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities for a 640 employee consumer packaged goods company, aligning core financial operations with FP&A, treasury, revenue and billing, sales incentives and commissions, accounting operations, stock administration, taxation and transfer pricing.
Configuration emphasized core financial modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and revenue recognition, fixed asset accounting, tax processing and multi-entity consolidation. Oracle NetSuite ERP was provisioned to support financial reporting and public company readiness workflows, and to enable structured management of sales commissions and equity administration. The implementation included role based access controls and chart of accounts rationalization consistent with corporate FP&A and external audit requirements.
The architecture centralized transactional finance data to a single system of record and supported orchestration of billing, revenue recognition and sales incentive workflows within the ERP. Operational coverage extended across finance, treasury, accounting operations and revenue management functions, designed to feed month end close and statutory reporting cycles. Data model and transaction standardization were applied to improve consistency of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
Governance was strengthened through standardized month end close procedures, consolidation controls and formalized revenue recognition policies, aligning accounting operations with external audit and public reporting requirements. The deployment established finance process owners for FP&A, treasury and tax to steward configuration and control changes and to maintain compliance with US GAAP and consolidation practices.
