Teams also participated in CPQ and CLM implementation lifecycles including Apttus CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, and CLM, and produced a Pardot Automation and B2B Marketing Solution proof of concept. Governance focused on rules-based orchestration of field workflows, with workflow rules driving related tasks, email alerts, and field updates to standardize operational behavior. The configuration- and component-led approach enabled consistent mobile UX and data integrity controls across service, community, and CPQ/CLM processes, supporting ongoing operations and iterative enhancements of Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) within the organization.
