The implementation aligned digital merchandising, eCommerce operations, and customer service workflows to a centralized governance model, supporting configuration driven updates and iterative release cycles. Where applicable within the Oracle CX Cloud Suite, the commerce implementation was positioned to connect with adjacent Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle Service Cloud to coordinate marketing, sales and service touchpoints.
