Cobwebb integrated IDM Capture with Infor SyteLine to route indexed invoice images and metadata into SyteLine for downstream AP processing and posting. Operational scope focused on the accounts payable function, with roughly 80 percent of purchase invoices processed via IDM Capture according to the case study. Governance and process work concentrated on automating AP intake, validation checkpoints, and retention rules, with Cobwebb managing rollout and operational handover. The case study reports around 75 percent time savings in AP processing following digitised capture and validation. |
