Rossum.ai Legacy Rossum.ai Platform AP Automation ERP n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Dentsu International implemented the Rossum.ai Platform as part of an AP Automation initiative. Dentsu International is a media company with 25000 employees and approximately 3000000000 in revenue, and the deployment centered on streamlining invoice intake and accounts payable workflows across its finance organization. SAP Legacy SAP Concur Travel Travel Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Dentsu International implemented SAP Concur Travel as the cornerstone of a centralized Travel Management programme. The initiative follows prior rollouts of Concur across sixteen markets and the establishment of a global corporate credit card programme, and a dedicated global lead role was created to define objectives, the operating model, and the end-to-end T&E roadmap. The implementation scope covers SAP Concur Travel together with Concur Expense, corporate credit card integration and the booking platform as core functional components of the Travel Management environment. The programme owner is responsible for configuration of global standard processes, mapping of local policy exceptions, and turning commercial proposals into technical implementations, while ensuring the T&E application supports booking, expense capture, and card reconciliation workflows. Operational integration extends to Treasury, Procurement, Social Impact and HR teams, and to Finance Technology, regional operational finance directors and shared services for deployment and reporting alignment. A London and Bangalore based delivery model provides project and BAU support across markets, and the role includes driving consistency in interactions between the Travel Management Company, booking platform and the Concur Expense application to surface root causes of issues and prioritize solution improvements. Governance and process controls were formalized with programme level steering, regional governance inputs and an escalation path for deployment blockages. The remit includes supplier partnership management, contract extension and renegotiation support, the establishment of a support framework with SLAs and KPI management, and change management to enforce adherence to the Global T&E policy while accommodating local policy needs. The stated objective for the SAP Concur Travel deployment is to take a more holistic approach to Travel Management, to drive efficiencies in spend and optimise the effectiveness of the end-to-end process and end-user experience. Improving T&E reporting and visibility is a named priority to enable ongoing identification of savings opportunities and margin improvement while maintaining a global standard operating model.
