In 2020 DexKo Global deployed Oildex OpenInvoice as its AP Automation solution, placing the application at the center of plant accounts payable processing. The implementation focused on invoice intake, coding, verification, and payable workflow orchestration using Oildex OpenInvoice.

The deployment integrated with the plant WDS ERP system to align receiving data and posting workflows, enabling invoice to ledger continuity between Oildex OpenInvoice and the ERP. Operational coverage included the Royse City, Texas plant and extended support to other sites that used the same Oildex payable processes to resolve A/P exceptions.

In 2011, DexKo Global implemented Aptean WorkWise. Aptean WorkWise was provisioned as an ERP application to unify core manufacturing, supply chain, and finance business functions across the organization.
The implementation concentrated on typical manufacturing ERP modules including order management, material requirements planning, inventory control, shop floor control, purchasing, and general ledger. Configuration work emphasized master data standardization, bill of materials and routing setup, MRP parameterization, and production scheduling workflows to align transactional processing with manufacturing operations.
The deployment architecture relied on a centralized application and database model to support transactional throughput and shop floor data capture, with integrations designed to support order to cash, procure to pay, inventory transactions, and financial close processes. Operational scope included manufacturing operations, procurement, inventory management, sales order processing, and finance departments.
Governance for the Aptean WorkWise rollout established cross functional process owners in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, and used phased module rollouts with controlled configuration change processes. Training and staged go live waves were coordinated with plant operations to align cutover activities with production schedules.
