In 2025 DIA Brasil implemented RELEX Automatic Replenishment and Allocation in the Allocation and Replenishment category to standardize and automate supply chain planning across its network. The deployment targets the retailer's 244 stores and one distribution center, with an emphasis on AI-driven demand forecasting and automated replenishment to support store replenishment decisioning and allocation workflows.
The implementation configures RELEX Automatic Replenishment and Allocation around core modules for demand forecasting, automated replenishment order generation, store level allocation rules, and fresh product shelf life logic. Configuration emphasizes shelf-life aware forecasting and replenishment for fresh assortments, applying RELEX AI-driven forecasting to reduce spoilage and align inventory to store demand patterns.
Wysupp is leading the implementation engagement, translating solution capabilities into operational workflows and rollout plans for store replenishment teams and distribution center planners. The program centralizes planning decisioning and automates routine replenishment tasks, shifting day to day inventory control toward system driven allocation and exception management handled by store and supply chain planners.
Governance changes include standardized allocation rules, automated order generation controls, and defined escalation paths for replenishment exceptions, aligned with CIO sponsorship. Expected outcomes cited by stakeholders include improved product availability, reduced waste, increased operational efficiency, and more competitive pricing for customers, driven by the RELEX Automatic Replenishment and Allocation deployment.
