In 2021, Digita announced a cooperation with Retta, formerly Realia, to extend mobile connectivity and site management capabilities into properties managed through Retta's Real Estate Property Management application. The collaboration is a Finland-based technical and infrastructure integration enabling Digita to offer base-station location management services on Retta-managed properties.
The work centered on aligning property asset records and site metadata inside the Real Estate Property Management environment with telecom site planning workflows. Retta, formerly Realia, was used to centralize rooftop and site asset information, lease and access details, and technical constraints, enabling systematic capture of location attributes and site suitability data for base-station placement.
Integrations were focused on exchanging site information and operational permissions between Retta and Digita's base-station location management processes, supporting field survey coordination, site access scheduling, and technical feasibility assessments. Operational coverage targeted properties under Retta's management across Finland, bringing property management, facilities operations, and telecom planning functions into a coordinated workflow.
Governance established a cooperative operating model to coordinate approvals and on-site work, with property lifecycle workflows adjusted to incorporate telecom siting and permitting steps. The stated outcomes included improved mobile and 5G connectivity for properties under Retta’s management and an expanded set of service offerings available to Retta customers.
