In 2016, Digital Business Academy implemented Intellum Bloom LMS to support its Learning and Development programs. The implementation targeted public facing curriculum delivery and scalable learner onboarding, and user numbers climbed to over 60,000 following launch.
Intellum Bloom LMS was configured to centralize course authoring, enrollment management, learner analytics, and engagement workflows typical of Learning and Development platforms. Configurations emphasized modular course templates, automated enrollment rules, and analytics driven reporting to surface participation trends and retention signals.
Rollout was executed rapidly, and Ben Cave of Tech City described a three month transformation in his talk titled Out with the old; transforming the Digital Business Academy in 3 months with Bloom LMS. The project is reported to have increased learner engagement three fold and more than doubled the lifetime reach of the Digital Business Academy, outcomes that reinforced continued use of Intellum Bloom LMS for ongoing program delivery.
