The coordinator advised trainers and senior leaders, coordinated travel for UK based programs to align with individual training requirements, and managed ad hoc course requests to maintain alignment with business learning priorities.

Governance and process ownership remained with the interim Learning and Development Manager, who drove content marketing, enrollment workflows and alignment of performance reviews with new competency frameworks. The role also included responsibility for implementing a new performance management system scheduled for the September rollout and ensuring performance reviews are carried out.
