In 2019, DMI deployed the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its centralized Applicant Tracking System. The implementation was administered by the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition and Employee Resources at Digital Management, LLC Bethesda who acted as the primary ATS Administrator for all DMI, responsible for day to day system operations and change management.
The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System configuration covered core recruiting and onboarding workflows, including requisition creation and REQ approval data entry, creation and approval of REMs to ensure OFCCP compliance, offer acceptance processing both manual and system generated, candidate disposition tracking, and onboarding orchestration and orientation facilitation for new hires. System administration tasks implemented included troubleshooting recruiter candidate and hiring manager issues, password resets, adding new locations and business units, staying current with product releases, and delivering training to recruiters HR and hiring managers.
Operational integrations and coverage included sourcing channel management with LinkedIn Indeed Job Target Monster Clearance Jobs and company career and intranet websites, plus coordination with third party screening and health vendors by reviewing Sterling and Quest Diagnostics for outstanding background and drug screen issues. The ATS workflow was coordinated with HRIS by alerting the HRIS Analyst for new worksite location creation and with internal security teams to manage clearance and security processes for cleared new hires. Recruiting resource contract renewal invoice and payment tracking was managed within HR processes and coordinated with accounting for processing.
Governance and compliance processes implemented around the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System emphasized OFCCP adherence and auditability, with scheduled distribution of monthly candidate disposition reports and generation of daily weekly and monthly reporting for recruiters CAP and SVPs, plus ad hoc reporting for HR and recruiting directors. The ATS administrator served as the point of contact for NDA and agreement review supported development and delivery of end user training and maintained lifecycle recruiting process compliance for support staff, while also handling referral bonus program maintenance terminated employee roster updates and other assigned HR recruiting projects.
