The deployment emphasized applicant tracking and hiring workflows, with Frontline HCM used to manage school personnel applications and to capture and route Employment Authorizations through an approval chain that ends at the Chancery. Configuration focused on employee record management, structured evaluation workflows for principals and administrative staff, compliance tracking to support safe environment requirements, and attendance reporting processes such as the sixth day attendance report. Frontline HCM was configured to store personnel records and document annual evaluations consistent with diocesan policy requirements.
Operational scope included the Education Department staff, school administrators, principals and assistant principals, with system governance established to align HR transactions to diocesan policies. The Diocese uses Frontline HCM application reviews and approval workflows to standardize hiring and personnel actions, coordinate New Personnel Day and administrator workshops, and to ensure that employment authorizations and personnel certifications follow prescribed diocesan routing and signoff.
