Configuration work focused on addressing hospitality sector complexity, including multiple staff contracts with differentiated rates of pay, varying shift patterns and overtime calculation, and high volumes of starters and leavers. The implementation included payroll lifecycle management and multi nationality worker handling, with payslip generation aligned to variable pay periods and statutory deduction workflows.
Operational integrations and scope included managed BACS payments and pension workflows as part of the payroll run, and a planned integration with Diverse Dining's Kronos scheduling software to automate time and attendance feeds. Operational ownership spans HR, payroll operations and finance, supporting new restaurant openings and ongoing payroll runs across the United Kingdom.
Governance and process changes included a roadmap to move to a bi monthly payroll cycle and continued collaboration with the payroll provider to refine processes and data flows.
