The implementation was delivered as BatchMaster Manufacturing for Dynamics GP, integrating manufacturing functions with Microsoft Dynamics GP for accounting and financial management. Operational scope covered production, quality, inventory and accounting functions across all plants, and the system’s lot traceability was validated during a surprise product mock recall executed by the Manufacturing Director.
