In 2013, DL E&C implemented Human Plus vPlus ERP within its Construction ERP environment. Between February 2013 and May 2013 a freelance developer delivered the plant part of the Human Plus vPlus ERP framework for DL E&C, focusing on plant-level transaction capture and master data workflows to support plant equipment and site operations.
The technical implementation used a client server pattern with Windows Forms front end components developed in VB.NET and C#, and relational back ends maintained in Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server, with Toad used for database development and administration. Functional scope concentrated on the plant module, delivering asset records, work order capture, and plant transaction processing consistent with Construction ERP functional workflows. Operational coverage targeted plant operations and construction project teams at DL E&C, and the delivered artifacts included WinForms client components and database schema changes implemented during the short engagement.
