The implementation included integration with physical access control hardware, with Capita Workforce Management installing door entry units, turnstiles and car park barriers across the new site in under four months. Deployment aligned to the operational layout of the 22,900 square metre City East site, which includes warehousing with 32 truck doors, a unit load device handling system, office space, a staff gym and a split level multistory car park. Operational coverage spans workforce and security functions that support cargo handling for customer airlines including Virgin Atlantic and Delta Airlines, and the system was positioned to enable faster truck and cargo handling times while maintaining strict security governance. Capita iTime serves as the central Time and Attendance system tying training compliance, site access and employee self service into a unified workforce management workflow.
