Info Cubic was used alongside Ceridian Dayforce within onboarding processes, with HR completing I-9 forms and running E Verify checks while leveraging background screening outcomes to advance candidate records and onboarding status. Screening outputs informed temporary agency decisions and fed into case documentation for complaints, safety investigations, and performance management. The operational relationship connected screening results to HR workflows without asserting a specific technical integration. Governance was formalized through documented procedures for ordering screens, recording status checks, and retaining results for compliance and ADA accommodation reviews. The screening workstream was embedded in broader process changes to streamline HR and operations and to manage temporary staffing, supporting a project that explicitly reduced costs related to temporary agencies by 90 percent. Info Cubic served as the primary background screening application underpinning hiring, temporary staffing, and compliance processes at Do & Co America.
