In 2019 Dogus Teknoloji implemented Bilisim HR Performance 360 as part of a broader HR data consolidation program. The engagement used BilişimBI in Turkey for the D-SUIT holding integration project to aggregate employee and özlük data from five HR platforms into a centralized processing hub, enabling faster integrations and consolidated HR reporting.
Bilisim HR Performance 360 was deployed alongside BilişimBI to operationalize Performance and Goal Management workflows, with the centralized hub providing normalized employee records to drive appraisal cycles, 360 feedback inputs, and goal setting and review processes. Configuration work emphasized data normalization and the ingestion of core employee attributes to ensure consistent performance recordkeeping across the group.
The implementation architecture centered on a processing hub that functioned as an integration layer between five source HR systems and the Bilisim HR/Performance capabilities, supporting group-level HR reporting for the D-SUIT scope in Turkey. The project required tighter master data governance and standardized integration workflows to sustain consolidated reporting and to accelerate downstream HR system connections, outcomes explicitly cited in the engagement documentation as faster integrations and consolidated HR reporting.

In 2019 Dogus Teknoloji deployed BilisimBI as part of the D-SUIT İşlem Merkezi project to consolidate HR, locally referred to as IK, finance and asset business processes. The implementation positioned BilisimBI as the enterprise Analytics and BI solution for holding level data delivery and centralized analytics and reporting workflows onto a single platform.
The BilisimBI deployment leveraged real-time query capabilities, webservice endpoints and scheduled-task orchestration to extract, transform and provision flexible data sets. Configuration work emphasized webservice-backed, scheduled data transfers and query-driven dataset generation to support holding platform consumption and operational maintainability.
The technical architecture implemented in Turkey combined real-time queries with webservice integration and scheduled task orchestration to push consolidated HR, finance and asset data into the holding platform. Operational coverage aligned to the D-SUIT İşlem Merkezi project and impacted business functions for HR, finance and asset management, enabling consistent dataset delivery across those teams.
Governance for the rollout was implemented through the D-SUIT İşlem Merkezi program, using defined data transfer schedules and webservice contracts to manage operational handoffs and change control. The implementation improved integration speed and maintainability according to project documentation, while maintaining a service-oriented delivery model for enterprise reporting and analytics.
