| Sage | Legacy | Sage People (based on Salesforce Platform) | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Domino Printing deployed Sage People (based on Salesforce Platform) as its Core HR application. Sage People is used to manage the full employee lifecycle for over 3000 members of staff worldwide across more than a dozen countries, and the implementation is operated by a central Global HR team supported by an in house HRIS specialist role focused on system maintenance and business analysis.
Configuration and ongoing development work covers recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance management, employee surveys, reporting, payroll related data orchestration, reward and recognition, and internal communications. The HRIS specialist role combines technical configuration, business analysis, testing and report development, and handles Excel based data reconciliations to support actionable reporting and manager self service.
Sage People runs on the Salesforce Platform, which informs the extension and customization model of the HRIS and the expected technical skill set of staff supporting it. Operational responsibilities include maintaining a system inbox for employee queries, diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating to the system provider when required, and building platform knowledge to exploit new functionality.
Governance and rollout processes are organized around the Global HR Team and project management, with the HRIS specialist working with a project manager to plan releases, develop accompanying communications, and deliver training and user guides for managers and employees. The role explicitly requires translating HR processes into system requirements, simplifying practices where appropriate, and empowering HR administrators through configuration and automation to improve day to day HR operations.

| AVEVA Group | Legacy | AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) | Manufacturing Execution System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Domino Printing implemented AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System MES as its Manufacturing Execution System. The initial implementation targeted the Fluids group and site operations, aligning MES modernization with a broader ERP modernization program.
The AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System MES deployment was configured to support shop floor execution workflows, with explicit configuration of multi-point WIP booking stations and lineside inventory replenishment rules and processes. Standard MES functional capabilities were employed to capture WIP transactions, manage work order execution, and provide shop-floor data capture to support site operations.
Integrations were planned and executed to align the MES with the company ERP roadmap, specifically to integrate into the Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion upgrade and into other middleware layers. The integration scope focused on exchanging WIP and inventory transaction data between AVEVA MES and the ERP via middleware, and on ensuring operational state and booking events flowed from shop-floor systems into the new ERP.
Governance and delivery were led internally by a Fluids ERP lead who joined after vendor selection to establish the core delivery team, mobilize the program, and complete as-is business process documentation for site operations. Project governance emphasized coordinated mobilization of ERP and MES workstreams, concurrent implementation of multi-point WIP booking stations and lineside replenishment processes, and early planning to define project scope and operational handoffs.
