Operational coverage included HR administrators, hiring managers and on-site supervisors across multiple regional sites, with a focus on improving remote access for on-site workers. Module usage and scope are taken from the vendor case study and reflect active use of recruitment, onboarding, HR core records and learning management capabilities.
Governance emphasized consolidating HR administration into the new application and moving manual paperwork into configured workflows, reducing manual admin and speeding up hiring according to the vendor case study.
