The implementation configured TimberScan for document capture, automated invoice data extraction, coding, three way and two way matching, and configurable approval workflows, while AvidPay handled payment execution and remittance distribution. Functional modules implemented included invoice capture and imaging, workflow routing and approvals, voucher posting and payment orchestration, aligned to standard purchase-to-pay processing for construction accounting. Integrations were executed directly into the companys Sage 300 CRE environment to post AP transactions and sync vendor and GL data, and Digitek Solutions is documented as the implementing VAR on the partner case study. Operational coverage centered on the AP and finance departments across the company, consolidating invoice intake, approvals, and payment runs into a single AP Automation stream. Governance and process changes centralized invoice routing and standardized approval controls, shifting approvals to electronic workflows and creating an auditable payment trail. Outcomes reported in the engagement included a reduction in payment processing costs of approximately 70 percent and the elimination of much of the paper and check workload, as documented in the partner case study.
