The Core HR deployment integrated operationally with multiple casino systems in scope, including player points and floor gaming systems, hotel and valet systems, point of sale systems, accounting systems, security software, hotel property systems, bussing and telephone systems, and Q-Store gas station software. The team also led application-level coordination during a gaming platform cutover from IGT to Aristocrat Oasis, reflecting cross-functional integration between HR operations and gaming and property management applications.
Governance and operational ownership were centralized under the Applications Manager who served as the point person for all HR software configuration and upgrades. Management responsibilities included directing a multi-site applications team, ensuring ticket resolution across locations, and personally managing installation and integration activities at Saracen while continuing oversight of Downstream and Quapaw. The implementation emphasized centralized application administration, cross-property operational support, and the establishment of application-level reporting and security processes for the Core HR system.
