Meditab Legacy Meditab All-In-One EHR Electronic Health Record ERP Services and Operations n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, Dr. Safadi & Associates implemented Meditab All-In-One EHR across multiple Ohio locations. The deployment used Meditab's AllergyEHR IMS to consolidate clinical charting, immunotherapy scheduling and billing into a single Electronic Health Record platform. Implementation began in July 2011 and the initial rollout was completed by November 2011. Configuration focused on structured clinical charting templates, a dedicated immunotherapy and shot workflow module for allergy care, and integrated billing and charge capture within the Meditab application. The Meditab All-In-One EHR was configured to operationalize nurse and clinician workflows for immunotherapy administration and documentation. Standard Electronic Health Record functions such as encounter documentation, order management and billing ledgers were included in the implemented functional scope. Operational coverage spanned clinical and revenue cycle functions across the practice sites in Ohio, centralizing patient encounters, immunotherapy management and claims ready billing workflows inside the EHR. The Electronic Health Record supported Meaningful Use reporting workflows and enabled the practice to pursue and receive incentive payments. Integrations were implemented at the workflow level to align scheduling, charting and billing processes within Meditab All-In-One EHR. By November 2011 the practice reported a 130% patient-volume increase, faster payments and receipt of Meaningful Use incentives as described in the case study. The Meditab All-In-One EHR implementation consolidated clinical charting, immunotherapy shot workflows and billing across Dr. Safadi & Associates.
