In 2012, Dreamworld implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial platform, replacing Oracle JD Edwards World and consolidating core finance and administration workflows at the Coomera QLD operations. The deployment targeted finance, treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash control processes across site-level retail and precinct operations, aligning the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application with high-volume transactional needs.
Configuration centered on standard ERP Financial capabilities, with implemented modules for cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger, plus reconciliation and treasury balancing functionality. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was configured to support float issuance and reconciliation workflows, high-volume invoice processing and contract price comparison controls, reflecting operational requirements from the finance and administration team.
The implementation integrated with several existing operational systems reported by the finance team, including Cash Management Software CMS for cash control, RM records management and Fedelta for records, Salespoint for point of sale, AssureID and WINDsx for employee badge and ID provisioning, and Sharepoint for invoice intake and document handling. Banking and cash movement processes interfaced with Armaguard transaction workflows and site collection processes to consolidate daily cash takings and weekly banking records within the ERP Financial ledger.
Operational governance emphasized daily reconciliation and treasury balancing, centralizing cash reporting and formalizing voucher to invoice matching procedures used by accounts receivable, and vendor statement reconciliation used by accounts payable. Process changes included standardized cash control procedures, documented reconciling workflows for high-volume transactions, and integration touchpoints for HR onboarding and ticket distribution that linked operational staff activities into Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial records.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Dreamworld implemented Oracle Cloud HCM under the Core HR category as part of an Ardent Leisure Group program covering more than 7000 employees across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint, AMF and Kingpin Bowling, dAlbora Marinas, and Goodlife Health Clubs. The implementation included Dreamworld as a primary operating unit within this multi-site rollout across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Oracle Cloud HCM was configured to deliver Core HR functionality including centralized employee records, workforce and position management, scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, and payroll interfacing. The project team executed data management, audit and mapping of data between systems, reports development in Oracle BIEE, and configuration of data extracts to support operational HR workflows. Integrations were explicitly built with Taleo Cloud Service for talent management and with Preceda Payroll for payroll processing, supported by interface development and detailed data mapping. Oracle BIEE was used for analytics and reporting, and the program required coordination with Implementation Partner KBACE and Oracle Support teams across the USA, India and Europe. Governance and rollout included business requirements gathering, processes development and documentation, user acceptance testing, and issues and service request handling led by HR stakeholders and a Business Analyst from Ardent Leisure Group. Interfaces development and continuous communication with teams around the world framed the deployment governance for the multi-brand environment. The project achieved a successful go-live in February 2015 and is noted as the first Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications implementation in Australia, with reported improvements in data management and active engagement with business stakeholders during the rollout.
