In 2013, DTS implemented NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro HR to standardize HR processes and enable web-based self-service across its Japan operations. The deployment targeted Core HR functions, positioning NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro HR as the primary application to support HR and payroll business functions.
The implementation used Biz∫ePro_St@ff, NTT Data Biz Integral's HR and payroll module, configured to provide web self-service and centralized personnel and payroll workflows. ITECS Japan provided implementation support and services during configuration and rollout, aligning module configuration with company HR operating procedures.
Operational coverage was companywide in Japan, with governance focused on standardizing HR processes and enabling employee self-service workflows to streamline routine HR tasks. The published case study reports reduced year-end adjustment workload and smoother HR operations after go-live.
