In 2022 du implemented NetCracker BSS/OSS as the cornerstone of its largest regional digital transformation program, initiating a platform migration to support a modern, stable operational environment. The NetCracker BSS/OSS deployment is explicitly aligned with the OSS/BSS category and is positioned to improve customer, product and channel experience across the organization.
