Functional configuration emphasized learning and development recordkeeping, Garda vetting and secure handling of sensitive personal information, and structured reporting to support audits and operational requests.
The implementation integrated the Core BI reporting layer with internal communications platforms for operational coordination, including SharePoint and Yammer, and operational processes for uploading completed training to the RSA database. Operational coverage explicitly included Dublin Bus depots and central HR teams, with the system used day to day by Training Centre administrators and Employee Development staff for record capture and reporting.
Governance changes and workflow restructuring centered on formalized Subject Access Request handling and audit support workflows, centralizing inbound employee queries and secure data handling within Access PeopleXD.
