The implementation incorporated Square Loyalty for program enrollment and rewards, Square Marketing for customer outreach and campaign execution, and Square Payroll to automate payroll and basic HR processes. Functional workflows were aligned so that sales transactions, inventory adjustments, loyalty accruals, and payroll inputs flowed through the central Square product suite. Operational coverage explicitly included inventory, payroll/HR, and marketing processes in Lafayette, Colorado, enabling omnichannel sales through shared inventory data. During the 2020 pandemic Due South pivoted to an online store using existing Square inventory data to accelerate e-commerce availability.
