| ClickLearn | Legacy | ClickLearn Platform | Digital Adoption | HCM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, DuraServ deployed the ClickLearn Platform to accelerate user adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its distribution operations spanning 30 offices. The ClickLearn Platform in the Digital Adoption category was chosen to automate and standardize training content creation for a distributed, role-based audience, shortening authoring timelines and centralizing learning assets.
DuraServ configured ClickLearn to produce multiple learning formats, including interactive videos, PowerPoint slides, printable PDF and Word guides, and HTML output for SharePoint. The implementation emphasized automated process replay and screenshot capture, an editable narrative generator, and collaboration features that allowed Sales and Coordinator subject matter experts to contribute recordings and refine content iteratively.
The solution was integrated with Dynamics 365 workflows and embedded into DuraServ’s SharePoint learning portal to support office-by-office rollouts and sandbox-driven customization testing. The rollout model used progressive department and role customization in a sandbox environment, followed by staged publishing for each office, while ClickLearn content was embedded in existing SharePoint pages to avoid introducing new branding to end users.
Governance and process changes included a formalized content creation and update workflow, use of color-coded development stages, SME review checkpoints, and a monitoring dashboard to track training consumption. Updates leveraged ClickLearn’s replay-and-capture update mechanism and editable outputs so modules could be refreshed, reviewed by SMEs, and republished with minimal manual editing, complemented by vendor support for occasional technical customization requests.
Outcomes reported by DuraServ include an 80 percent reduction in time to create training materials and a projected reduction in update time from two weeks to two days. The ClickLearn Platform freed Learning and Development capacity for other initiatives, supported collaborative development across internal SMEs, and provided visibility into learner progress through built-in monitoring, resulting in broadly positive end-user feedback.

| SYSPRO | Legacy | Syspro Manufacturing ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2022 |
In 2021 DuraServ implemented Syspro Manufacturing ERP to support payroll and accounting workflows for its Shared Services Team based in Carrollton, TX, and to manage multi-state and Canadian employee payroll activity during the September 2021 to April 2022 period. The deployment centered on Manufacturing ERP functionality tied to finance and HR operations, with explicit use of Syspro Manufacturing ERP for payroll journal posting and general ledger reconciliation.
The implementation included configuration and day to day use of payroll processing capabilities, handling both semi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles. Functional activities documented against Syspro Manufacturing ERP include review and posting of G/L downloads as payroll journal entries, calculation and preparation of monthly sales commissions for approval and payment through the payroll process, and management of special pay elements such as commissions, bonuses, garnishments, certified payroll, prevailing wage adjustments, and 401(K) deductions.
Integrations and operational touchpoints were explicit, with ADP WFN used for payroll processing and feeding payroll outputs into Syspro Manufacturing ERP for accounting posting. Time and attendance software management was administered alongside Syspro Manufacturing ERP, with escalation and resolution of timecard errors feeding into payroll runs, and close coordination with HR for timely benefit enrollments and payroll deductions. Reconciliation tasks such as H S A account funding and deposits were executed against data pulled into the ERP, and ad-hoc reporting was generated for management analysis.
Governance and workflow controls were embedded in routine procedures, including verification of G/L downloads prior to posting, prorated pay calculations for exempt employees on first and final paychecks, and enforcement of local state and federal payroll regulations and internal company policies. Operational ownership rested with the Shared Services payroll and accounting function, which used Syspro Manufacturing ERP as the central accounting system for payroll journalization, reporting, and cross functional coordination between payroll, HR, and finance.
